MISSION

The Rusk County Groundwater Conservation District’s mission is to preserve and protect the groundwater resources of the District for Rusk County residents.

The Rusk County Groundwater Conservation District has purchased a new truck so we are selling our two other vehicles. One is a 2010 Ford F150 4X4 work truck model with just over 102,000 miles on it. Everything works on it as it should. The other is a 2007 Ford Escape with just over 94,000 miles on it. Both vehicles are being sold by sealed bid. Anyone interested in bidding on either vehicle can come by the office to look at vehicles and fill out a bid sheet. We will be accepting bids until 5:00pm on May 10, 2024. The bids will be placed in a sealed envelope to be opened at our next board meeting here at our office on May 13, 2024 at 3:00pm. We will accept the highest bid on each vehicle. Minimum bid on Ford F150 is $5,000 and $1,000 for the Ford Escape.
